About Updating Token Metadata

Updating your token's metadata allows you to modify key information about your token after it has been created. This process is useful for rebranding, correcting errors, or updating your token's image.

What You Can Update:

• Token Name: The full name of your token
• Token Symbol: The short ticker symbol for your token (usually 3-4 characters)
• Token Image: The URL of the image that represents your token

Important Notes:

• You must be the owner of the token to update its metadata
• Each update costs 0.1 SOL to process
• Updates are permanent and cannot be undone
• The token address cannot be changed

Always double-check your input before submitting. While you can update metadata multiple times, each update incurs a fee and is irreversible.
